Stories

CJ put a comment in that she wanted stories from everyone on how Tara touched your life. We are all at the hospital, so if you could send them via the e-card link, we will read them to Tara. The link is:

http://www.osfhealth.com/GetWell.aspx

Make sure you enter your email address when requested, even though it isn't listed as a required field. If you don't enter it, you will get a runtime error. Room number is 365.

Thanks!

I'm trying to post a card for Tara on behalf of Jen, but I keep getting a weird error message, a runtime error that looks like something only the hospital's web admins should be able to see. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thank,

Matt (Jen's husband)

Matt, I'm not leaving for the hospital until 11:00 today so you can e-mail me or you can post it on here. E-mail cjwong8 at hotmail dot com if you feel the story too personal to share on the blog. I'm happy to read them to Tara. We had some nice cards yesterday. The nurse said you have no idea what she can hear/preceive/understand. What connections are being made in her brain, etc. It may be my imagination, but I do feel she is glad when I'm there and that she can hear what I'm saying. So send in your stories and your love for her.

I just emailed you the note for Tara. I'll post it to the blog after you've read it to her. Thanks again.

Matt, I got the same error the one time I tried to post without including my e-mail address - I went back and added my address and it worked fine.

Thanks for sending your stories and love for Tara. Sandra and I read her everything today. We hope she heard it somehow. CJ

Card posting at the hospital website seems to get a runtime error if you don't fill out all the fields they request, even the optional one's. So, make sure you put fill in all the fields. The hospital room number is 365, and make sure you fill in your email address. I've noticed if you don't enter your email address, it fails, even though it's not a required field.
