Tara passed away around midnight, early Easter morning. It's so hard for me to believe she's gone. I believe she actually waited for Easter before leaving us. My other thought is that God decided to end her suffering and took her into Heaven on Easter. Either one actually gives me some comfort. Lord, I miss her so much already! I will love you always, Tara!

I liked this one so much, I decided it was fitting to show it here with this goodbye post. Tara loved her work, and her co-workers, so I'm sure she would have liked this picture.

Dear Uncle Jim, Aunt Sandra, Eric, Kevin, Kiera, CJ and all the rest...
Our thoughts will be with all of you as you struggle through this, the final end. Tara was a wonderfully bright and intelligent woman. She brought much joy to those that she touched and she will be sorely missed by many.
Our hearts are breaking with Tara's passing, and we will continue to reach out to all with our prayers. Our hope is that somehow a comfort and understanding can happen with this whole tragic ordeal.
We are glad that Tara waited until early Easter morn...Easter is the time for re-birth, reflection and self examination. We believe that this was part of the bigger plan for which we will never understand.

We are so sorry and want you all to know that we are thinking of you. I can't seem to come up with any comforting words except to comment that you all seem to be a close circle of family and friends, and that, along with Kiera, will be your strength.

To Jay, Elaine, Kevin and all of the extended family, my husband and I wish to extend our most sincere sympathy. We didn't know Tara personally but from the posts, it sounds like she was a wonderful person. We'll continue to pray for peace for all those she has left behind.
